Day eight I was on my own in Seattle. I started with a trip to the Space Needle, then I went to the Aquarium and walked down the water front. I took the ferry to Bainbridge Island and back. I noticed Copper Works distillery and did a tasting. They had the best vodka I have ever had, it actually had flavor. They also had a New Barrel Gin which was aged in charred American oak barrels. It was smooth and had some complex flavors going on.
